By renting our equipment, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. These terms apply to all residential and commercial customers within the Oklahoma City Metro area and any approved service zones.

1. Rental Terms and Payment

All rentals are charged in full at the time of booking. A valid credit or debit card must remain on file for the duration of your rental. A refundable deposit authorization will be placed on your card and released within 3 to 5 business days after all equipment is returned and inspected in good condition. Blue Box Bins LLC reserves the right to charge your card for any late fees, missed-pickup fees, damages, or replacement costs described below.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery for a full refund. Once delivery has occurred or pickup has been made, no refunds will be issued. Retail items (such as purchased moving supplies) may be returned only if unused and in original condition.

3. Delivery, Pickup, and Service Area

Blue Box Bins provides delivery and pickup throughout the Oklahoma City Metro area. Deliveries outside the standard service area may be approved at a rate of $1.25 per mile beyond 20 miles. Deliveries are typically door-to-door, and customers may authorize contactless delivery. Responsibility for all rented items transfers to the customer immediately upon delivery, whether accepted in person or contactlessly ('implied acceptance'). Customers must ensure safe and accessible conditions for delivery and pickup. Missed appointments are subject to a $25 missed pickup fee.

4. Rental Period, Extensions, and Late Returns

Standard rental periods are seven (7) days, unless otherwise stated on your order. Customers must request extensions before the scheduled pickup date. Late returns are billed at $0.65 per bin per day until all equipment is returned. Blue Box Bins may decline extension requests based on future scheduling demands.

5. Replacement and Damage Costs

All equipment must be returned in good condition, with ordinary wear and tear accepted. Replacement or damage charges will apply as follows:

- Bins: $20 each

- Bin Dolly: $75 each

- 2-Wheel Dolly: $150 each

- Moving Blanket: $10 each

- Garment Bag: $10 each

Any items not returned within 30 days without an approved extension will be considered purchased at full replacement value.

6. Cleaning and Condition

All items must be returned clean and free of residue, tape, or debris. A $10 per crate cleaning fee may be assessed at our sole discretion if items are returned dirty or require additional sanitation. Customers are responsible for ensuring bins remain clean, dry, and free from damage during use.

7. Safe Use and Weight Restrictions

Each bin should not exceed 40 pounds of contents and should not be stacked more than four (4) high. Improper stacking or overloading may cause injury, damage, or death. Children should never climb inside or on top of bins, and bins must not be used as ladders, seats, or play equipment. Do not use bins to store or transport hazardous materials, unsealed liquids, food requiring refrigeration, live animals, or flammable items. Customers pack and use all bins at their own risk.

8. Ownership and Risk of Loss

All rented equipment remains the sole property of Blue Box Bins LLC. Customers are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until it is collected. Any loss, theft, or damage during that period will result in applicable repair or replacement charges billed to the payment method on file.

9. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

Customers agree to use all rented equipment safely and assume all responsibility for its use. By renting from Blue Box Bins LLC, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or injuries related to the handling, transport, or use of the rented equipment. In no event shall Blue Box Bins LLC’s total liability exceed the total amount paid for the rental.

10. Communications and Privacy

By renting or creating an account, you consent to receive texts and emails related to your order, reminders, and promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions in the message. For details on how we handle your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Updates

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Blue Box Bins LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
